Integrate training into the employees' working environment, where training modules, assessments, certificates and Rise Up’s virtual training coach are accessible without leaving Microsoft Teams.

Integrate Rise Up with their Microsoft Teams account and launch a test on a restricted group of employee (beta testers) in Belgium and Switzerland before the official deployment of the solution.

Setup: Rise Up integration with Microsoft Teams


  1. Easy deployment: the deployment of the app to the learners was quick and easy and no technical resources were required on the client's side.

  2. Rapid onboarding: an invitation was sent to the targeted learners, with a few instructions on the key functionalities to ensure a good grasp of the app.

  3. SSO user matching: as soon as the app was launched, the learner was directly connected to their Rise Up account via a Microsoft ID recognition system.


Microsoft Teams and Rise Up


  • The Rise Up integration into the Microsoft Teams work environment, allowed employees to use microlearning more often. This allowed them to apply new knowledge and skills to their work immediately.

  • The automated and manual calendar reminders and quick access to training and live sessions helped establish a "training reflex" among employees.

  • The app encouraged collaboration, allowing employees to have the collaborative features of Microsoft Teams in their training environment on the Rise Up platform.
