In 2019, Saint Gobain decided to implement Rise Up’s LXP/LMS to take their learning and development program to the next level enabling their team to “innovate openly”.

Saint Gobain's objectives for the partnership

The goal of the partnership was to implement learning in the flow of work within the construction company's culture. The Saint Gobain team was also looking to align their mission to “unleash individual and collective inspirations” for managers and the L&D team with the ability to assign training and track progress, with certification rewards included.
